These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Daiko Dog Leash, the Daiko website (“Website”), and the Daiko mobile application (“App”). By using any of these, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Website, App, or purchasing or using the Daiko Dog Leash, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website, App, or product.

3. Product Description
The Daiko Dog Leash is a retractable dog leash equipped with an electronic transponder (not a tracker) that, when used with the Daiko App, allows users to earn Real World Points or Digital Coins for the distance walked with their dog. The App provides additional features such as community engagement, dog care courses, and the ability to convert earned points into $DAIKO tokens.

4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Daiko Dog Leash and App responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You are responsible for the safety and well-being of your dog while using the product.
You must ensure that your use of the App and any earned Digital Coins or $DAIKO tokens complies with local laws, including any tax obligations.

5. Intellectual Property
All content and trademarks related to the Daiko Dog Leash, Website, and App are the exclusive property of Daiko. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of these without prior written consent from Daiko.

6. Privacy Policy
Your use of the App and Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App or Website, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Liability and Disclaimers
Daiko is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of the Daiko Dog Leash, Website, or App.
The product is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Daiko does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App or the earning of points or Digital Coins.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Daiko, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the product, Website, or App, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dublin, Ireland.

10. Changes to Terms
Daiko reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the updated Terms on the Website. Your continued use of the product, Website, or App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
